This weekend, I’m back
at the National Comedy Center
in Jamestown, NY.
If you don’t know about it,

but suffice it to say,
the NCC is to museums
what the iphone is
to a rotary phone: state of the art.
It’s interactive, customized,
physical and digital.
The video I have
here won’t do it justice
so you’ve got to go yourself.
But the NCC does make me
think of each of our industries.
How can YOU make what you do
- Interactive?
- Customized?
- Physical?
- Digital?
- Fun?
- Exuding Surprise and Delight?
Many of us might incorporate
one or two of these elements
into our work,
but do we have them all?
Adding even one extra
can make a big difference.
