The V Experience
Victoria's Proprietary 6-Phase Process
1
Exploration
Includes:
- Pre-call research by you—You’ll share Victoria’s website and info with your key decision makers and discuss internally.
- Pre-call research by Victoria—Victoria will research your organization prior to the call.
- Call #1—Initial conference call with Victoria and your key stakeholders. On this call you’ll discuss / review:
○ Date, timeline
○ Initiatives, areas of focus, intended outcomes, vision
○ Victoria’s programs (keynote and/or workshops—virtual or live) and how Victoria’s areas of expertise can contribute to your success.
○ Value-add and gift options
○ Budget options - Assessment of fit—Victoria will assess if your values and culture align with hers.
- Placement of hold—if you are sincere in your interest, we’ll place a “1st hold” on the date which means you have “right of first refusal” on the date. If another client requests that date, we will inform you in writing. You will then have 24 hours to sign a contract or forfeit the date.
- Internal discussions—you’ll meet with your other key stakeholders following the call to determine if you want to move forward. We’ll be doing the same.
2
Confirmation
Once we’ve each agreed to work together, we move into the confirmation phase (aka: the paperwork phase).
- Contract
- Invoices as needed
- W-9
- NDA (where appropriate)
- Onboarding as a new vendor for your organization
- Victoria’s intro, bio, photos, AV rider, etc. (aka: Event Planning Resources)
- Recording agreement (if applicable)
3
Preparation
Once we have the paperwork in place, Victoria gets to work prepping. Each event she does is 100% custom-crafted to meet your intended outcomes while simultaneously creating an engaging, entertaining, humor-filled, high energy, interactive learning experience.
- Call #2—with key stakeholders to align on vision. Victoria will ask you about the event, culture, your audience, their work lives, your intended outcomes/goals, and the type of experience you want in the keynote (and/or workshop).
- Pre-Event Questionnaire—we’ll send you a document with specific questions so Victoria can learn more about your organization—everything from your event set up to your acronyms and your initiatives. Your key stakeholders will collaborate to complete this questionnaire together.
- Independent research—Victoria will also invest time to independently learn more your organization and if needed, will speak to a few key people who represent the larger audience body.
- 1:1 Confidential Calls with Senior Leaders—to learn about their vision and intended outcomes
- Teaser video production—If part of your budget/package, Victoria will record a brief message and have her editor polish a custom 1-min sizzle video you can use internally for promotional purposes to get your attendees excited about the upcoming event.
- Call #3—Victoria meets with you one more time to review final content options and keynote flow, get your input and make sure you’re all on the same page. This way, you can make any adjustments if anything has changed internally . . . and you’ll know just what to expect—aka: no surprises. Clients love this call and get very excited for the event.
