How I Stay In Shape

One question I get asked a lot

(and got asked 3x last week)

is how I stay in shape.

So I made a video

to provide a glimpse.

It’s 33 seconds long. Ha.

As a keynote performer,

being in shape is part of my job…

but I feel it’s part of each of our jobs

no matter our role at work or in life.

Whenever I’m asked for advice,

I often share 3 keys:

  1. Choose a form of exercise you enjoy.
  2. Remember that doing SOMETHING is better than nothing. (i.e. 5 minutes is better than NO minutes . . . and I really mean that.)
  3. Listen to your body.

In the end,

being fit is a boost

that’s hard to beat.
