It’s hard to wake up these days
without a certain level of concern,
fear and/or sadness…
Whether you’re sensing the pain and suffering
of so many on a global scale,
or whether you’re facing as well
your own personal moments of strain,
not knowing how parts of your life will unfold
––your plans, goals, and what’s ahead––
certain questions might arise:
How do you take action in times of uncertainty?
You may feel wobbly,
you may feel off balance
AND THAT’S OK.
The key is to move forward, heart open, into the unknown.
