What Matters Most: The Story of Alaska

75 days.

2 showers.

Yep.

I actually did that.

Years ago, I risked forward and went on an expedition

into the Alaskan wilderness and

up onto a massive snowy glacier

to get some perspective on life

and what really mattered.

While I was there

something scary and unexpected happened

that changed my life in a profound way

and reminded me what really mattered.

Over the past year,

so many people have found themselves

reevaluating their lives

and what matters most…

Here’s the story of what happened in Alaska

and what I learned.

I hope this inspires you today.

  1. Brilliant acting out that scenario Victoria! I’m all for risking forward. About to take a big risk myself. Selling my apartment and going to live on a catamaran in the Mediterranean! Life is too short. Got to cram as much in as possible.

I have felt like I am slacking in my business lately but to be honest I have been going within to figure out this exact message…..
    What really matters?
    Thank you!

Amazing re-enactment of your journey and what happened – you had me spellbound. To question, “What really matters?” is essential on our journey to make the most of this awesome gift of life. As Stephen Covey said, “Begin with the end in mind”. This is not forever. What really matters?

    Thank you, Victoria…

I am studying IKIGAI, listened to book and Ted talks. Good to see the word.
